中国经济进入新常态,新的阶段特征对于中小家族企业的转型与发展提供了新的机会。随着第一代创业者的老去,中小家族企业正面临着代际传承的高峰期,代际传承不仅仅是企业产权的传承,更是包括了具有本家族知识资本的传承。以知识资源观中知识转移的视角研究家族企业的传承要素,分析家族企业在代际传承中的知识资源构成要素,在此基础上探讨代际知识资源传承的可行路径,为促进中小家族企业传承理论的发展,实现有效代际传承具有重要的理论意义与实践参考价值。
The Chinese economy has entered a new normal, and the new phase of the characteristics provides new opportunities for the transformation and development of small and medium-sized family-owned enterprises. With the first generation of entrepreneurs getting older, small and medium-sized family enterprises are facing the peak of intergenerational inheritance. Intergenerational inheritance is not only the inheritance of the property rights of enterprises, but also the inheritance of the intellectual capital of the family. This paper studies the inheritance elements of family-owned enterprises from the perspective of knowledge transfer, and analyzes the elements of knowledge resources of the family-owned enterprises in the intergenerational inheritance. Based on this, it explores the feasible path of inheritance of intergenerational knowledge resources.
