对Ｄ—葡萄糖缩氨基硫脲Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）与Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）两种络合物进行抑菌试验。前者对１１种试验菌均有抗菌作用，抑菌圈直径在１４ｍｍ以上；后者仅对蜡状芽胞杆肉、串珠镰刀菌与黄曲霉有抗菌作用。
The antibacterial activities of two complexes of D-glucose thiosemicarbazone Ni (Ⅱ) and Co (Ⅱ) were studied. The former has antibacterial effect on 11 kinds of test bacteria, and the diameter of inhibition zone is above 14mm; the latter has antibacterial effect only on waxy spore meat, Fusarium moniliforme and Aspergillus flavus.
