洞庭湖大桥索塔下横梁设计为非典型性拱形结构,下横梁支架设计根据横梁结构形式采用钢管桩落地支撑加型钢拱形桁架形式。支架预压是下横梁施工的重难点之一,需要考虑技术、安全、进度、经济等诸多因素的影响,着重介绍横梁支架预压的方案比选、预压施工工艺及实施效果等内容。
The design of the lower beam of the tower of Dongting Lake Bridge is atypical arched structure. The design of the lower beam support adopts the steel pipe pile floor support and the steel arch truss form according to the beam structure. The preloading of the support frame is one of the most difficult points of the construction of the lower crossbeam. It is necessary to consider the influence of many factors such as technology, safety, progress, economy and so on. The prestressing plan of the beam support is emphasized, the pre-compression construction technology and the implementation effect are introduced.
