WJ911323 生产超清净钢的新型真空炉——《SteelTimes》,1991,v219,№1,30～31(英) 德国Leybold公司新开发的4.5t真空感应式脱气和浇注炉(VIDP)于1990年8月交付给英国特殊冶金制品公司使用。这种炉子集真空冶炼、真空脱气和真空浇注为一体。其特点是真空室小,坩埚内部为真空室,坩埚外部不是真空室。适合于熔炼航空航天设备上的低合金高强度钢和高合金镍基材料,以及原子工业中用的特殊金属材料。

This furnace set vacuum smelting, vacuum degassing and vacuum casting as a whole. It is characterized by a small vacuum chamber, a vacuum chamber inside the crucible, the crucible is not a vacuum chamber. Suitable for smelting low-alloy high-strength steels and high-alloy nickel-based materials on aerospace equipment, as well as special metallic materials used in the atomic industry.
