经济的腾飞要求培养多方面的人才,对传统的教育提出了挑战。这就要求教师在教学工作中为了完成教学任务,积极开拓学生的思维,在语文教学中参与进来。作为老师要把握好自己的角色,多角度地变换学习方式,即放手,又不放手,和学生达成一片,共同促进、共同学习、共同进步。同时,为了让学生更好地参与进来,要充分发挥他们的能动性,进行多元合作,多情境设置。在这种情况下,无论优秀生,还是困难生,都能达到在语言能力方面稳步提高。
Economic growth requires training a wide range of talents, posed challenges to traditional education. This requires teachers in teaching work in order to complete the task of teaching, and actively explore the thinking of students involved in the language teaching.
