恶性肿瘤的早期诊断对于提高肿瘤患者的治愈率具有十分重要的意义。应用激光—血卟啉衍生物(以下简称 HPD)作恶性肿瘤的早期诊断和定位是近年来国际上用于恶性肿瘤诊断的一种新技术,国内也已有这方面的报道。但目前国内对 HPD 荧光及其强度的判断一般多根据肉眼观察,灵敏度较低,没有客观的科学指标可记录及对比,同时由于观察者的经验、心理因素及辨色能力有差别,容易产生主观误差。这些因素必将影响激光—HPD 恶性肿瘤定位的正确性。
