目的　分析静脉注射免疫球蛋白 (IVIG)非敏感型川崎病的特点及评估小剂量糖皮质激素治疗效果。方法　结合文献 ,对 4例IVIG非敏感型川崎病进行临床分析 ,在原治疗基础上加用小剂量地塞米松 ,观察疗效。结果　IVIG治疗不敏感的 4例川崎病患儿 ,加用地塞米松静注后 48h内均退热 ,预后满意。结论　对于IVIG非敏感型川崎病 ,在排除感染和抗凝治疗前提下 ,小剂量糖皮质激素作为二线药物是安全有效的 Objective To analyze the characteristics of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) non-sensitive Kawasaki disease and evaluate the effect of low-dose glucocorticoid therapy. Methods Combined with the literature, 4 cases of non-sensitive type IVIG Kawasaki disease clinical analysis, based on the original treatment plus a small dose of dexamethasone to observe the effect. Results In 4 children with Kawasaki disease who were insensitive to IVIG treatment, all patients were treated with dexamethasone for 48 hours, and their prognosis was satisfactory. Conclusions For IVIG non-sensitive Kawasaki disease, low-dose glucocorticoids are safe and effective as second-line drugs with the exclusion of infection and anticoagulation therapy
