内隐追随(IFTs)是追随力研究领域的一个前沿话题,目前对其内容结构的探讨仍十分缺乏。通过三个相互关联的研究,文章探究了中国组织情境下IFTs的内容和结构,并开发了相应的测量工具。结果发现:IFTs由工作能力强、工作态度好和好公民三个一阶因子组成,三个一阶因子可以汇聚为一个更高阶的因子;所开发的测量工具具有较好的内容效度、结构效度、区分效度以及内部一致性信度。这些发现有助于深化理解IFTs的文化特异性和稳定性,为在中国情境下开展IFTs的研究提供了一套有效的测评工具。
Implicit follow-up (IFTs) is a frontier topic in the field of follow-up research, and the current research on its content structure is still scarce. Through three interrelated studies, the article explores the content and structure of IFTs in China’s organizational context and develops corresponding measurement tools. The results showed that IFTs consisted of three first-order factors with good working ability, good working attitude and good citizenship, and three first-order factors could be aggregated into a higher-order factor. The developed measurement tools had better content validity, Structural validity, discriminant validity and internal consistency reliability. These findings help to deepen the understanding of the cultural specificity and stability of IFTs and provide an effective measure of IFTs in China.
