目的建立同时测定复方丹参滴丸中丹参素和原儿茶醛的高效液相色谱法。方法选用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(19∶80∶1),检测波长为279nm。结果丹参素和原儿茶醛分别在10～80mg/L和2～16mg/L线性范围关系良好,丹参素和原儿茶醛的平均回收率分别为99.4%和99.5%,RSD分别为1.6%和1.5%。结论方法简便、灵敏、准确,样品处理简便易行,可作为复方丹参滴丸的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of danshensu and protocatechuic aldehydes in compound Danshen dripping pills by high performance liquid chromatography. The method used C18 column, the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (19:80:1), the detection wavelength was 279nm. RESULTS: Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehydes had good linear relationships in the range of 10 to 80 mg/L and 2 to 16 mg/L, respectively. The average recoveries of danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde were 99.4% and 99.5%, respectively, and the RSD was 1.6%. And 1.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. The sample treatment is simple and easy to use. It can be used as a quality control method for compound Danshen Dripping Pills.
