本文对脱毒马铃薯组培苗周年繁殖效率作了较详细的分析研究。结果表明,周年实际繁殖总量较理论繁殖总量有较大差距,且随着快繁代数的增加这种差距成指数曲线迅速增加。在快繁过程中,快繁总代数较其他因素更能影响和决定一年的繁殖总量。因此,采用一些特殊的组培技术来增加快繁速度和快繁总代数,可显著增加周年的繁殖总量。可通过减少繁殖周期从而增加周年繁殖总代数对繁殖总量的提高产生作用。缩小这种理论值与实际值之间的差距即提高一年的实际繁殖总量是可行的,且有很大的提高空间。此外,影响周年繁殖总量的重要因素还包括脱毒试管苗繁育技术和一些客观因素。本文通对脱毒试管苗一年的繁殖效率进行分析,从而寻求到周年生产最大量的有效途径,为马铃薯原原种生产和产业化发展提供重要的科技支撑。
In this paper, the annual reproduction efficiency of virus-free potato tissue culture plant made a more detailed analysis. The results show that the actual annual total annual reproduction is far behind the theoretical total reproduction, and the gap rapidly increases exponentially with the increase of fast-propagation algebra. In the process of fast propagation, the total number of fast propagation is more influential than the other factors and determines the total amount of breeding in one year. Therefore, using some special techniques of tissue culture to increase the speed of propagation and rapid propagation of total generations can significantly increase the annual total breeding. Increasing the total number of reproductive cycles by reducing the breeding cycle and increasing the total number of annual breeding. It is feasible to narrow the gap between the theoretical value and the actual value, that is, to increase the actual breeding total of one year, and there is much room for improvement. In addition, the important factors affecting the annual breeding volume also include virus-free tube seedling breeding technology and some objective factors. In this paper, we analyzed the reproductive efficiency of virus-free test-tube plantlets in one year and sought the most effective way to the annual production, which provided important scientific and technological support for the production and industrialization of the original potato.
