本文研究了Mn(1,10-phen)32+配合物直接催化鲁米诺—KIO4体系产生强烈地化学发光反应。以1,10phen.为配位体时,Mn(Ⅱ)的检出限为2.4×10-10g/mL。工作曲线线性响应浓度范围在5×10-9~1×10-7g/mL。在检测6×10-5g/mLMn(Ⅱ)浓度时,RSD为2.3%。配合物化学发光法检测矿泉水、电池厂排污水中痕量Mn(Ⅱ)可获得满意结果。
In this paper, a strong chemiluminescence reaction of luminol-KIO4 system catalyzed by Mn (1,10-phen) 32+ complexes was studied. With 1,10phen. For the ligand, the detection limit of Mn (Ⅱ) was 2.4 × 10-10g / mL. The working curve linear response concentration range of 5 × 10-9 ~ 1 × 10-7g / mL. The RSD was 2.3% at 6 × 10-5 g / mL Mn (Ⅱ) concentration. The chemiluminescence method for the determination of trace amounts of Mn (Ⅱ) in the effluent water of mineral water and battery plants shows satisfactory results.
