目的:对立血康软胶囊的提取工艺进行优化。方法:用乙醇作溶剂提取处方中2种药材的活性成分,按正交表L9(34)安排试验,以大黄素和大黄酚的总含量和浸膏收率为指标,对含量和浸膏收率以不同的权重系数加权评分,考察影响醇提取效率4个因素的主次。结果:醇溶性成分提取的最佳工艺为:70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次2 h,溶剂用量为8倍量。结论:本法能最大限度地提取处方中各种药材的有效成分,可为立血康软胶囊的工业化生产提供理论依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Lixue Kang soft capsule. Methods: Ethanol was used as a solvent to extract the active ingredients of the two medicinal herbs in the prescription, and the test was arranged according to the orthogonal table L9 (34). The total content of emodin and chrysophanol and the yield of extracts were taken as indexes, and the content and extract were collected. Rates were weighted by different weighting factors to examine the primary and secondary factors affecting alcohol extraction efficiency. Results: The optimum process for alcohol-soluble components extraction was: 70% ethanol reflux extraction 3 times, 2 hours each time, the amount of solvent was 8 times. Conclusion: This method can maximize the extraction of the active ingredients of various herbs in the prescription, which can provide a theoretical basis for the industrial production of Lixuekang soft capsule.
