有序的课堂纪律是一节体育课的必备条件。利用学生体育骨干协助教师进行课堂的组织工作能起到事半功倍的作用。他们可以协助教师做好示范、保护和组织工作。同时,他们还能调动其他同学的学练积极性,并在心理上给予他们暗示,使他们树立信心。教师可选取一部分具有“指导”或“组织”才能的学生进行培养,以便在课堂中安排他们协助教学,强化学生的课堂自律意识。
Orderly classroom discipline is a prerequisite for physical education. The use of student physical backbone to help teachers organize the work of the classroom can play a multiplier effect. They can assist teachers in demonstrating, protecting and organizing their work. At the same time, they are also able to mobilize the enthusiasm of other students in learning and mentally give them hints that they can build confidence. Teachers may choose to train a group of students with “mentoring” or “organization” skills so that they can assist in teaching and reinforce students’ self-discipline in the classroom.
