本文以对某校一高中教研组进行问卷调查与访谈为基础,运用实践共同体理论对其建设现状进行分析,发现该教研组建设中存在的问题有:人员结构过于稳定、个别成员参与教研活动自觉主动性不高、自上而下形成的教研组长远安排和教研制度,加之缺乏严格有效的执行,影响了共同体内部的一致性等。并提出相应的发展建议。
Based on the questionnaire survey and interviews with a high school teaching and research group in a certain university, this paper analyzes the status quo of its construction with the practice of community theory.
