车床主轴箱体各孔一般在配备镗模的专用镗床上加工,在这类机床上加工内孔挡圈槽比较困难。我们在加工CW6163主轴箱时,应用如图所示装置切削内挡圈槽,取得了满意的效果。该装置对于加工同轴上的各孔更具有优越性。该装置由螺套、斜度靠模等16个零件组成。刀体17柄部与镗杆15的矩形通孔及螺套1的上下长槽间隙配合。穿过刀体头部纵向长孔的斜度靠模3用螺钉2、9固定在螺套1上。刀体头部横向孔内装有切刀头6,由于压簧7的反作用力,切刀头6始终紧压在靠模斜面上。工作时,使螺母12上的挡杆11靠上箱壁或其它地方。镗杆转动时,螺套1跟着转动,由于螺母12固定不动,螺套1就沿着长槽向前移动,于是也就带着靠模3移动,刀头6开始径向进给。当刀头切到
