目的:建立麻杏芩龙合剂的质量标准。方法:采用TLC对麻杏芩龙合剂中麻黄、黄芩、地龙、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC测定麻杏芩龙合剂中黄芩苷含量。结果:TLC表明专属性强,阴性无干扰;黄芩苷回归方程Y=1.552 3×106X+9.428 6(r=0.999 9),线性范围0.115 2~0.806 4μg,平均加样回收率98.6%(RSD 1.44%)。结论:建立的方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可用于有效控制麻杏芩龙合剂的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Ma Xinglan mixture. Methods: The contents of baicalin in 麻杏 龙 龙 mixture were determined qualitatively by TLC on Ephedra, Scutellaria, Radix et Rhizoma Rheum and Licorice. Results: The TLC showed that the specificity was strong and the negative was non-interfering. The regression equation of baicalin was 1.552 3 × 106X + 9.428 6 (r = 0.999 9) and the linear range was 0.115 2 ~ 0.806 4 μg with the average recovery of 98.6% (RSD 1.44 %). Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It can be used to effectively control the quality of Muxing Qinlong Mixture.
