Economists generally believe that the newly industrialized countries and regions in the world’s economy are no less likely to adopt one of the following two development strategies: one is an inward-looking development path, that is, an economy with a larger scale, adequate resources and industrial production goals Mainly to meet the needs of a huge domestic market; the other is an outward-looking development path, namely, the economy is small in scale and resources are scarce and dependent on the global market to stimulate the rapid growth of its exports of manufactured goods.
