提出一种基于注塑机的聚合物流变性能在线测试新方法,在实际成型工艺条件下测得LDPE和PP的流变特性数据。利用Cross-WLF黏度模型对实验结果进行拟合,测试得到的黏度曲线与Molflow软件材料数据库结果一致。同时导出不同工艺条件下非牛顿指数n和零剪切黏度η0的计算方法。
A new on-line testing method for rheological properties of polymer based on injection molding machine was proposed. The rheological properties of LDPE and PP were measured under the actual molding conditions. The Cross-WLF viscosity model was used to fit the experimental results, and the viscosity curves obtained were consistent with those of the Molflow software material database. At the same time, the calculation methods of non-Newtonian index n and zero-shear viscosity η0 under different process conditions are derived.
