作者利用Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ和Ｄｏｔｂｌｏｔ分子杂交，检测了１３例肾母细胞瘤、２例正常儿童肾、１例胚胎肾ＷＴＩｍＲＮＡ的表达。通过ＷＴｌｍＲＮＡ水平的比较及其与细胞学类型的分析，提示ＷＴｌｍＲＮＡ的表达与肾母细胞瘤的组织分化有关，ＷＴｌｍＲＮＡ的低表达可能是导致后肾间质细胞异常分化、间质细胞优势型肾母细胞瘤形成的重要因素。
Using Northern blot and Dot blot hybridization, we detected the expression of WTI mRNA in 13 cases of nephroblastoma, 2 cases of normal kidneys and 1 case of embryonic kidney. Comparison of WT1mRNA levels and cytological analysis suggested that the expression of WT1mRNA was related to the differentiation of nephroblastoma. The low expression of WT1mRNA may result in the abnormal differentiation of hindlimb interstitial cells, An important factor in the formation of a cell tumor.
