又是一年电子商务,经过1998年由IT业界和媒体主导的热热闹闹的“电子商务年”,1999年中国电子商务开始进入以探索并大量推出电子商务项目为特征的新时期。这主要得益于以下三个因素: (1)网民数量急剧增加; (2)境内外风险投资大量介入; (3)国人对应用与发展电子商务的认识水平有所提高。 从总体上看,中国电子商务已经从宣传和启蒙阶段,开始进入实施阶段。可以说,1999年是中国电子商务的真正的转折点和起点,中国电子商务应用与发展由此“正式”启动。
After another year of e-commerce, after a bustling “Year of E-Commerce” dominated by the IT industry and the media in 1998, e-commerce in China started to enter a new era characterized by the exploration and launch of e-commerce projects in 1999. This is mainly due to the following three factors: (1) The number of netizens has risen sharply; (2) There has been a substantial involvement of venture capital both domestically and overseas; (3) People’s awareness of the application and development of e-commerce has been raised. In general, China’s e-commerce has started its implementation phase from the stage of publicity and enlightenment. It can be said that 1999 was the real turning point and starting point for China’s e-commerce. Therefore, the application and development of e-commerce in China was officially launched.
