学生由于种种原因出现心理障碍及多种表现,如何认识和正确处理,这是一个日益迫切、不容忽视的问题。笔者报道其中两例,并就导致心理障碍的一些原因、表现和处理作一初步分析。例1,男,19岁。来自粤东某偏僻山区,入学前为当地中学班干部,在同学中威信商,学习成绩很好。高考意外落榜,思想上受到打击。入中专后仍任班干部,但语言交流困难(广州、普通话均不通),听课不懂,讲话无人听,还遭嘲笑和捉弄。班主任未及时发现和给予支持。该生情绪低落、沉默、孤癖,学习成绩急剧下降,同时出现头痛、头昏,失眠、多梦和记忆力下降,就诊多次疗效不佳。一日与同学散步时“昏倒”在地,检查其体温、脉搏、血压,瞳孔和心肺均正常。虽卧床不语不动,问之不答,但
