增强FRTP的横向流动模拟 对连续增强铺层材料流动状态下的树脂流动问题,通过实验和理论的方法进行了研究。本方法的特点是,把表现粘弹性行为的树脂的特性加以模型化,当作非压缩性的具有各向异性的流体,并用η_L和η_T代表轴向和与其垂直方向的粘弹性率。由实验结果得知,树脂流动在纤维方向上很少,故作为简单近似,假定η_L值非常大,将实验与理论加以比较,探讨其适用性。
Increasing the Lateral Flow Simulation of FRTP The resin flow problem under continuous flow conditions of the ply material is investigated experimentally and theoretically. The method is characterized by modeling the properties of the resin exhibiting viscoelastic behavior as an anisotropic non-compressible fluid and using η_L and η_T to represent the axial and viscoelasticity perpendicular thereto. The experimental results show that the resin flow in the fiber direction is very small, so as a simple approximation, assuming η_L value is very large, the experimental and theoretical comparison to explore its applicability.
