研究了不同温度下番茄幼苗及定植后干物质积累、分配以及叶面积增长、NAR、叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明 :中温 ( 2 0℃ )下生长的幼苗干物质积累、叶面积和叶绿素含量明显高于低温 ( 15℃ )下生长的幼苗 ,进一步分析幼苗的干物质积累速度取决于叶面积的增长 ,生产上番茄苗床地温应控制在 2 0℃左右
The changes of accumulation and distribution of dry matter, leaf area, NAR and chlorophyll content of tomato seedlings and their setting under different temperatures were studied. The results showed that dry matter accumulation, leaf area and chlorophyll content of seedlings grown at medium temperature (20 ℃) were significantly higher than those of seedlings grown at low temperature (15 ℃). The further analysis of dry matter accumulation rate of seedlings depends on the growth of leaf area, The production of tomato seedling ground temperature should be controlled at about 20 ℃
