本文综述了小麦抗条锈病基因染色体定位及抗条锈病基因分子标记的研究进展，并对几种分子标记技术的应用潜力作了比较分析，特别是对ＳＳＲ、ＩＳＳＲ、ＡＦＬＰ等新型分子标记在小麦遗传育种中的应用前景作了初步探讨。
This review summarizes the research progress of chromosome mapping and molecular marker of stripe rust resistance in wheat and also makes a comparative analysis of the potential applications of several molecular markers.
