随着社会经济的发展,以及“互联网+”时代的出现,快递行业也得到了迅速地发展。快递员的人数也不断增加,对快递员的管理力度也在不断的增大,近年来,学者把对工作压力的研究的视角投放在快递员这个职业中。本文通过对我国快递员的工作压力的主要来源:工作条件,个体本身,企业制度、人际与客户、职业发展、家庭工作交互影响等方面进行分析,并从个体、企业、政府和社会等四个层面提出了对策建议,为减低快递员工作压力有一定的实践意义。
With the development of social economy and the emergence of the “Internet + ” era, the express delivery industry has also developed rapidly. The number of couriers is also increasing, and the management of couriers is constantly increasing. In recent years, scholars have put the perspective of research on work pressure into the profession of couriers. This article analyzes the main sources of the work stress of the courier in China: working conditions, the individual, the enterprise system, interpersonal and customer, career development, family work interaction and other aspects, and from the individual, business, government and society, etc. At the same time, the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to reduce the courier’s working pressure.
