激光多普勒电泳光散射法是测量胶体溶液中纳米颗粒表面Zeta电位的标准方法之一,然而该技术的测量准确度往往受低频噪声分量以及自相关函数自身误差的影响。为了提高该技术的测量准确度和重复性,采用基于希尔伯特-黄变换的分析方法。该方法对散射光强自相关信号进行经验模式分解,剔除低频噪声以及自相关函数自身误差的干扰,再对信号进行重构。仿真结果和实验结果均验证了该方法是可行和有效的。
Laser Doppler Electrophoresis Light Scattering is one of the standard methods to measure the Zeta potential of nanoparticles on colloidal solution. However, the measurement accuracy of this technique is often affected by low frequency noise components and the autocorrelation function itself. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and repeatability of the technique, a Hilbert-Huang transform-based analysis method is used. The method decomposes the autocorrelation signal of the scattered light intensity by empirical mode, removes the low-frequency noise and the interference of the autocorrelation function’s own error, and reconstructs the signal. Simulation results and experimental results verify that this method is feasible and effective.
