目的研究原发性开角型青光眼(primaryopen-angleglaucoma,POAG)的视觉运动觉特性。方法在PC兼容机上,应用运动觉检测软件,对41例(67只眼)POAG患者和56例(112只眼)正常人进行运动觉测试。结果POAG患者的运动觉总异常率为89.5%,其中早期异常率为81.6%;在等级相关分析中,POAG患者运动觉的异常程度与杯盘比、眼压及视野的校正缺损方差呈正相关,与视力及视野的视网膜平均光敏感度呈负相关,而与患者的年龄及视野短期波动无相关。结论视觉运动觉测定为POAG的早期诊断提供了一种新的有效和简便的检测手段。
Objective To study the visual motor characteristics of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). Methods On a PC-compatible computer, 41 patients (67 eyes) with POAG and 56 eyes (112 eyes) were tested for motor function using motion detection software. Results The total abnormal rate of motor activity in POAG patients was 89.5%, of which the rate of early abnormality was 81.6%. In the grade-dependent analysis, the degree of abnormality of motor activity in POAG patients was related to the corrected cup-to-tray ratio, IOP and visual fields There was a positive correlation between variance and variance, which was negatively correlated with the mean photosensitivity of the retina in visual acuity and visual field, but not with age and visual field short-term fluctuations. Conclusion The visual motion detection provides a new effective and simple detection method for the early diagnosis of POAG.
