用金属粉末－板带复合轧制法（Ｐｌａｔｉｎｇ Ｐｏｗｄｅｒ ａｎｄ Ｒｏｌｌｉｎｇ ｍｅｔｈｏｄ）制备双金属复合薄板是昆明理工大学研究开发的一项新技术．本文在实验研究的基础上，提出了分析用ＰＰＲ法复合轧制双金属复合带材时轧制压力的力学模型，考虑了摩擦力在轧件与上下轧辊之间的区别，在此基础上导出了计算单位轧制压力的微分方程．
The preparation of bimetallic composite sheet by Plating Powder and Rolling method is a new technology researched and developed by Kunming University of Science and Technology. Based on the experimental research, this paper presents a mechanical model for analyzing the rolling pressure of the bimetallic composite strip by PPR method. The difference between the rolling force and the upper and lower rolls is also considered. Based on this, The differential equation for calculating the unit rolling pressure is used.
