教师教育共同体是中小学(包括地方政府及有关部门)与大学合作建立的一种专业性团体,具有多种形式。教师教育共同体突破了教师教育主要在大学内进行的传统模式,对实现教师教育的专业化、一体化、终身化发挥着积极作用。目前,教师教育共同体建设取得了重要进展。实践证明,公平、联动、圆桌会议是教师教育共同建设的三个主要议题:教育公平是教师教育共同体建设的价值取向;以教师发展为中心的多元联动是教师教育共同体建设的基本实践;圆桌会议是教师教育共同体多元主体决策的有效方式。
Teacher education community is a professional group established by primary and secondary schools (including local governments and relevant departments) in cooperation with universities. It has many forms. The teacher education community has broken through the traditional model of teacher education mainly carried out in universities and played an active role in the professionalization, integration and lifelongness of teacher education. At present, important progress has been made in building a teacher education community. Practice has proved that fairness, linkage and roundtable are the three major issues for teachers’ education to jointly build: education fairness is the value orientation of the construction of teacher education community; pluralistic linkage with teachers as the center is the basic practice of teacher education community construction; It is an effective way to make decisions on multiple subjects in teacher education community.
