目的:研究藏药甘扎嘎日二氧化碳超临界流体萃取精油的化学组成及相对含量。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用方法分离鉴定甘扎嘎日二氧化碳超临界流体萃取精油化学成分并测定其相对含量。结果:甘扎嘎日二氧化碳超临界流体萃取精油得率为3.08%,分离得到47个色谱峰,鉴定出40种成分,主要成分是四十四烷(30.63%)、三十六烷(20.15%)、二十八烷(16.27%)、DL-α-生育酚(8.39%)、二十七烷(6.29%)、亚麻酰氯(1.87%)和石竹烯(1.64%)等。结论:二氧化碳超临界流体萃取精油是藏药甘扎嘎日的药效组分之一。
Objective: To study the chemical composition and relative content of the essential oils extracted from Ganzaga carbon dioxide supercritical fluid in Tibetan medicine. Methods: The chemical constituents of essential oils extracted from Ganzaga carbon dioxide supercritical fluid were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method and their relative contents were determined. Results: The yield of essential oil extracted by carbon dioxide supercritical fluid extraction was 3.08%. 47 peaks were isolated and 40 components were identified. The main components were tetradecane (30.63%), hexacosane (20.15% ), Octacosane (16.27%), DL-α-tocopherol (8.39%), heptacosane (6.29%), linolenic chloride (1.87%) and caryophyllene (1.64%). Conclusion: CO2 supercritical fluid extraction of essential oils Ganzaga Tibetan medicine is one of the components.
