国有企业是国家经济的支柱,在员工成为企业最重要的资源和最宝贵的财富背景下,员工职业发展规划水平与国有企业竞争力的高低息息相关,良好的职业发展规划不论对员工个人成长还是企业发展都有着巨大的推动作用。目前我国大中型国有企业在员工职业生涯发展规划方面存在明显的短板,很多员工都因为职业生涯发展不畅而选择离职,或者消极工作,这给企业的发展带来了很大的负面影响。本文通过对国有企业背景下员工职业发展规划进行研究,总结阐述员工职业生涯发展规划的内涵与意义,了解当前国有大中型企业员工职业生涯发展规划现状,总结分析员工职业生涯发展规划中存在的问题、原因,并给出了一些对员工进行职业发展规划的建议,以期能够对国有企业在此类问题的解决方面有所帮助。

This paper studies the employee career development planning under the background of state-owned enterprises, summarizes the connotation and significance of employee career development planning, understand the current career development planning of the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprise employees, summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in employee career development planning , And gives some suggestions on how to carry out career development planning for employees so as to be helpful to state-owned enterprises in solving such problems.
