花粉是大气生物气溶胶的组成成分之一。为了探索大气中花粉的污染、输送和衰变的过程 ,用JWL 1型空气微生物气溶胶采样器在南京大学的 5 0m高塔上 ,进行了 5个高度、4个时间点的采样观察。结果表明 ,3月份一天内花粉的平均浓度是 10 0~ 12 8粒 /m3,最高浓度点在 13∶0 0的 10m处为 175粒 /m3,最低浓度点在 19∶0 0的 5 0m处 ,为 6 0粒 /m3。花粉种类有 6种。 7月份一天内花粉平均浓度 474粒 /m3,最高浓度点在 19∶0 0的 3 0m处为 795粒 /m3,最低浓度点在 13∶0 0的3 0m处 ,为 2 0 0粒 /m3。花粉种类有 2 3种。 7月份一日花粉平均浓度比 3月份的高出 4~ 6倍。不同月份一天内花粉浓度及种类在垂直时空上的变化与季节、植物开花时间和气象变化等因素有密切关系。
Pollen is one of the components of atmospheric bioaerosols. In order to explore the process of polluting, transporting and decaying pollen in the atmosphere, five high and four sampling points were observed on a 500 meter high tower at Nanjing University with JWL 1 airborne microbial aerosol sampler. The results showed that the average pollen concentration was 100 ~ 128 grains / m3 in one day in March, the highest concentration was 175 grains / m3 at 10m at 13:00 and the lowest concentration was 50m at 19:05 , 60 grains / m3. There are 6 types of pollen. In July, the average pollen concentration in a day was 474 grains / m3, the highest concentration point was 795 grains / m3 at 19.0 0 and the lowest concentration point was 200 grains / m3 at 300 meters at 13:00 . There are 23 kinds of pollen types. The average pollen concentration on July 1 was 4 ~ 6 times higher than that in March. The change of vertical and horizontal pollen concentration and species in different months is closely related to the season, plant flowering time and meteorological change.
