由于热浸镀锌的工艺简单易行,保护性能及其它综合技术-经济指标显著优于喷镀锌、电镀锌、富锌漆以及粉镀锌层(Sher-adizing)而广泛用于钢铁的表面保护. 热浸镀锌层的厚度将直接影响到镀件在使用条件下,特别是在恶劣苛刻的环境条件下的使用寿命.而目前国内的热浸镀锌工艺一般仅能达到相当于ASTM A级的水平.如何改进热浸镀工艺条件,增加钢铁表面的载锌量,达到B级,进而达到C级的水平,以适应国际市场上大量的订货需求,这是我国热浸镀锌工业中一个十分重要而又急需解决的技术问题. 本文在分析热浸镀锌时影响表面载锌量诸因素的基础上,探讨了增厚热镀锌层的工艺技术措施,为生产厚镀锌层和超厚镀锌层钢铁镀件提供必要的技术根据.
