采用基于微聚焦管的X射线相衬成像(XPCI)方法研究了多种中药材的显微结构,并与中药图谱及X射线吸收像相对照。实验结果表明,这种新的成像方法可以有效地对中药材的显微结构成像。与传统方法相比,其特点是不破坏样品结构且探测灵敏度较高。最后探讨了这种新的成像方法在中药显微鉴定领域的应用前景。
The X-ray phase contrast imaging (XPCI) method based on microfocusing tubes was used to study the microstructure of various Chinese herbal medicines and compared with traditional Chinese medicine maps and X-ray absorption images. The experimental results show that this new imaging method can effectively image the microstructure of Chinese herbal medicines. Compared with the traditional method, it is characterized by no damage to the sample structure and high detection sensitivity. Finally, the application prospects of this new imaging method in the field of microscopic identification of traditional Chinese medicine are discussed.
