本文采用Charpy-V型切口试样,研究了3Cr2W8V钢在1100℃和1200℃的奥氏体化温度下慢速弯曲切口韧性J_(ρc)随回火温度的变化规律,研究在580℃回火时J_(ρc)随切口根部半径ρ的变化规律;弄清切口试样断裂的微观特征:进一步解释切口韧性凹谷和断裂韧性凹谷不一致的原因.
In this paper, Charpy-V-notch specimens were used to study the slow-bending shear toughness J_ (pc) of 3Cr2W8V steel at the austenitizing temperature of 1100 ℃ and 1200 ℃ with tempering temperature. When ρc is the root radius ρ, the microscopic characteristics of notch fracture are clarified. The reasons for the discrepancy between the valley of notch toughness and the valley of fracture toughness are further explained.
