“丰油早”(原名804—2),系南丰县农科所1978年用“泸州2号”作母本,“西南302”作父本进行杂交选育而成的早熟甘兰型油菜新品种。经四年省区域试验鉴定结果,产量三年居首位,一年为第三位。试验最高平均亩产218.99斤,比对照“荆油1号”增产19.3％,1981年县农科所试种3亩,其中“丰油早”和“西南302”各1.5亩,“丰油早”平均亩产207.1斤,比“西南302”195.7斤亩增11.4斤,增产5.8％。一般生产水平都在150斤以上。
