以丹东农业科学院利用单倍体诱导方法育成的7个玉米自交系为母本、3个骨干系为父本,按P_1×P_2不完全双列杂交设计,用NCⅡ分析方法,对8个穗部性状的配合力及其群体遗传参数进行研究。配合力分析结果表明:自交系K6、X69、X18和XLL多个性状的一般配合力高,可直接利用。XLL×K6和X69×K6组合具有较强的杂种优势,有较大的增产潜力。通过对遗传参数的分析,对穗长、穗行数、行粒数、百粒重和出子率宜进行早代选择,而对产量性状、穗粗和秃尖长宜早晚代相结合进行选择。
Seven maize inbred lines, which were bred by haploid induction method, were used as female parents and three parents were used as male parents. According to incomplete P_1 × P_2 double crosses, Combining ability of the traits and genetic parameters of the population were studied. The analysis of combining ability showed that the inbred lines K6, X69, X18 and XLL had high general combining ability and could be used directly. The combinations of XLL × K6 and X69 × K6 have stronger heterosis, and have greater yield potential. Through the analysis of genetic parameters, ear length, number of rows per ear, number of rows per line, number of kernels per 100 kernels and yield rate should be selected for early generation, and the yield traits, spike diameter and bald length should be selected in combination of early and late generations .
