[目的]筛选并鉴定莠去津降解菌,分析其降解特性。[方法]从土壤中分离降解菌,用形态观察、生理生化鉴定、16S r DNA序列扩增和同源性分析方法,明确菌株分类地位。通过改变培养条件,分析菌体生长、温度、pH值、盐度和碳源对莠去津降解的影响。[结果]降解菌为肠杆属细菌,菌体生长与莠去津降解同步,在25~35℃、pH值近中性、0.5%盐度、单糖或双糖下降解效果好。[结论]菌株具有较高的莠去津降解能力,具开发潜力。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen and identify atrazine degradation bacteria and analyze their degradation characteristics. [Method] The degrading bacteria were isolated from soil and their taxonomic status was clarified by morphological observation, physiological and biochemical identification, 16S rDNA sequence amplification and homology analysis. The effects of cell growth, temperature, pH value, salinity and carbon source on the degradation of atrazine were analyzed by changing the culture conditions. [Result] The degrading bacteria were Enterobacteriaceae. The growth of the cell was synchronized with the degradation of atrazine, and the degradation was good at 25 ~ 35 ℃, pH value near neutral, 0.5% salinity, monosaccharide or disaccharide. [Conclusion] The strain has a higher ability of atrazine degradation, with development potential.
