热介质充液隔膜成形是近年来逐步发展起来的将气压隔膜成形与液压成形工艺特点相结合的一种新型板材成形技术,在制造具有双重曲面形状的复合材料零件方面具有突出的优势。介绍了热介质充液隔膜成形这一新型成形技术的基本原理、特点及分类,以及国内外相关研究现状和应用领域,分析了热介质充液隔膜成形技术在发展中存在的关键问题和未来的研究方向。最后得出结论:热介质充液隔膜成形技术发展、应用前景广阔。
In recent years, the development of the thermal media filled diaphragm is a new sheet forming technology that combines the characteristics of the pressure diaphragm forming and the hydroforming process. It has outstanding advantages in the manufacture of composite parts with a double curved surface shape. The basic principle, characteristics and classification of this new forming technology for hot liquid filled diaphragm are introduced, as well as the relevant research status and application field both at home and abroad. The key problems in the development of the hot liquid filled diaphragm forming technology and the future research direction. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the development of the hot-forming liquid-filled diaphragm forming technology is promising.
