高中体育选项教学有利于培养学生的运动兴趣,促使其发挥自己的运动专长,进而更好地进行体育锻炼。然而在选项教学方面还存在诸多问题,如何促进高中体育选项课教学的高效成为高中体育教学亟待解决的问题。本文分析了高中体育选项教学的意义,并提出了实施高中体育选项课高效教学的策略。 High school sports options teaching is conducive to cultivating students’ sports interest, prompting them to play their own sports expertise, and then better physical exercise. However, there are still many problems in the option teaching. How to promote the high efficiency of the teaching of PE elective courses in senior high schools becomes an urgent problem to be solved in PE teaching in senior high schools. This article analyzes the significance of high school PE teaching and puts forward the strategy of implementing high school PE elective teaching.
