[目的]探讨寒冷-束缚应激法对小鼠胃肠功能的影响。[方法]30只小鼠随机分成2组,各15只,模型组运用寒冷-束缚、饥饱失常等综合方法刺激小鼠16 d。观察小鼠一般状况、胃肠运动、组织病理学及血清促胃液素(Gas)水平变化。[结果]模型组小鼠胃肠组织病理学检查无器质性病变;饮食量及体质量明显下降,胃排空和小肠推进加快,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清Gas水平升高,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]以寒冷-束缚为主的慢性应激方法可用于小鼠胃肠功能紊乱模型的研究。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of cold-restraint stress on gastrointestinal function in mice. [Methods] Thirty mice were randomly divided into two groups (n = 15 each). The model group was stimulated with cold-bound, starvation failure and other comprehensive methods for 16 days. The general condition of mice, gastrointestinal motility, histopathology and serum gastrin levels were observed. [Results] The model group had no pathological changes of gastrointestinal histopathology. The food intake and body weight decreased obviously. The gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion accelerated. The difference was statistically significant compared with the normal group (P <0.01). The level of serum Gas increased compared with the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The chronic-stress-dominated chronic stress method can be used to study gastrointestinal disorders in mice.
