目的探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、特异性组织多肽抗原(TPS)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在乳腺癌患者中的表达及其联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测80例乳腺癌患者、73例乳腺良性疾病患者及75例健康女性血清中CEA、TPS和VEGF水平,并对检验结果进行统计学分析。结果乳腺癌患者血清CEA、TPS和VEGF水平(13.78±7.07 ng/ml、24.98±11.23 ng/ml和288.21±88.33 pg/ml)高于乳腺良性疾病患者血清CEA、TPS和VEGF水平(1.38±0.91 ng/ml、12.56±6.40 ng/ml和128.36±55.13 pg/ml)及健康女性血清中CEA、TPS和VEGF水平(1.49±0.87 ng/ml、11.34±5.49 ng/ml和122.87±43.71 pg/ml),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3项指标联合检测的敏感性为92.0%,显著高于单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清CEA、TPS和VEGF水平单项检测在诊断乳腺癌疾病中具有临床意义,联合检测血清CEA、TPS和VEGF水平能提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感性。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), specific tissue polypeptide antigen (TPS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in breast cancer patients and the clinical value of combined detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Serum levels of CEA, TPS and VEGF in 80 cases of breast cancer, 73 cases of benign breast diseases and 75 cases of healthy women were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The serum levels of CEA, TPS and VEGF in breast cancer patients (13.78 ± 7.07 ng / ml, 24.98 ± 11.23 ng / ml and 288.21 ± 88.33 pg / ml) were significantly higher than those in patients with benign breast diseases (1.38 ± 0.91 (1.49 ± 0.87 ng / ml, 11.34 ± 5.49 ng / ml, and 122.87 ± 43.71 pg / ml) were significantly higher in healthy women than those in healthy women (12.56 ± 6.40 ng / ml and 128.36 ± 55.13 pg / ), The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The sensitivity of the three tests was 92.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the single tests (P <0.01). Conclusion The single detection of serum CEA, TPS and VEGF levels has clinical significance in the diagnosis of breast cancer. The combined detection of serum CEA, TPS and VEGF levels can improve the diagnostic sensitivity of breast cancer.
