采用图象分析系统(TextureAnalysisSystemTAS)研究了黄芪对巨噬细胞形态及吞噬功能的影响,并测定了巨噬细胞内醋酸α-萘酚酯酶(ANAE)、酸性磷酸酶(Acpase)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)糖原及粘多糖(PAS)4种物质相对含量,结果表明黄芪能使巨噬细胞吞噬功能增强,指数增高,能提高巨噬细胞内4种物质含量,说明黄芪能增加整体细胞活力和膜功能,加强细胞内细胞器的糖代谢,加快糖原贮存与合成,加强巨噬细胞对抗原处理和免疫调节作用
The effect of Astragalus membranaceus on the morphology and phagocytosis of macrophages was studied using a Texture Analysis System (TAS).
