随着煤矿设备再制造产业的发展,作为井下主要设备构件的液压缸再制造修复已被列为重点项目。以支柱液压缸为例,其用量大,使用条件恶劣,长期使用后,缸体内表面、密封环槽处均会产生不同程度的磨损和腐蚀。在缸体修复过程中,采用补焊再加工法、扩镗镶套法或直接珩磨法,均存在旧缸体定位装夹的问题。根据支柱液压缸的具体情况,通过对现有设备进行改制,以液压缸内孔为基准,在其外壁补充加工相应的定位基准,方便用于后续车削、镗削或珩磨加工中的装夹定位,实现液压缸修复的再加工精度,保证整个修复过程的生产效率。
