目的了解江门市新会中医院就诊的女性生殖道支原体感染及药敏情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法收集江门市新会中医院门诊和病房女性就诊患者生殖道样本进行支原体检测并做药敏分析,观察其支原体感染及耐药情况。结果 1149例患者共检出支原体369例,总阳性率为32.11%。其阳性率构成比是解脲支原体(Uu)单一感染为73.17%,人型支原体(Mh)单一感染为10.57%,Uu+Mh混合感染为16.26%。≤20岁患者总阳性率最高,明显高于其他几个年龄段(P<0.01)。Mh感染和Uu+Mh感染对红霉素、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素等药的耐药率达80%以上。结论本地区女性患者支原体感染以Uu感染为主,其阳性率远高于Mh感染和Uu+Mh感染,而Mh感染和Uu+Mh感染的耐药率比较高。
Objective To understand the prevalence of mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility of female genital tract in Xinhui Hospital of Jiangmen City, so as to provide basis for rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinics. Methods Samples of genital tract of outpatient and ward females were collected from Xinhui Hospital of Jiangmen City for mycoplasma detection and susceptibility analysis. Mycoplasma infection and drug resistance were observed. Results A total of 369 cases of mycoplasma were detected in 1149 patients, the total positive rate was 32.11%. The positive ratio of Uu was 73.17% for single infection of Uu, 10.57% for single infection of Mh and 16.26% for mixed infection of Uu + Mh. The total positive rate of patients ≤20 years old was the highest, significantly higher than the other several age groups (P <0.01). Mh infection and Uu + Mh infection erythromycin, roxithromycin, azithromycin and other drug resistance rate of more than 80%. Conclusion Mycoplasma infection is predominantly Uu infection in female patients in this area, and its positive rate is much higher than that of Mh and Uu + Mh infection, while Mh and Uu + Mh infection rate is relatively high.
