测试了保温材料、低发热保温材料及高发热保温材料的性能和铸造过程中的温度场 ,由此确定了给定铸件壁厚所需的经济补贴厚度 ,并进行了现场浇注试验。
The properties of thermal insulation material, low thermal insulation material and high thermal insulation material and the temperature field in the process of casting were tested. The economic subsidy thickness required for given wall thickness of casting was determined and the field casting test was conducted.
