89-I型消毒剂是一种淡黄色液体消毒剂,其有效成份为ICl,属卤间化合物;具有稳定、气味小、无刺激性、低腐蚀性、消毒效果好、受影响因素小等特点,且合成工艺简易,使用方便、不产生三废。为使用安全,作者对本品进行了LD_(50)和微核试验等二个阶段的毒理学研究。材料和方法1.材料①测试物:89-I型消毒剂原液。分子式IC1,pH 3.25,比重1.005、UV λ_(max)为345nm。②实验动物:BALB/c近交系小鼠和昆明种封闭群小鼠。③实验器材:动物解剖用具、光学显微镜、离心机、染色器皿等。④试剂:灭活小牛血清、甲醇液、媒染液、吉氏液等。2.方法①LD_(50)的测定经预试验测得LD_(50)约为700mg
