随着社会经济的稳定发展,煤矿企业作为市场经济中的重要组成部分,在人们的生产生活中得到了广泛运用。人力资源作为企业竞争中的核心要素对一个企业的运行趋势有着重要影响。中层管理人员是煤矿企业发展中的引导人员,具有主导性作用,需要定期开展会议讨论工作,根据煤矿企业的发展现状设计合理的发展目标,如何对非物质激励手段进行分析研究是提高煤矿企业经济效益发展的首要任务,中层管理人员要从本职工作做起,加大问题研究探索力度,才能带动我国煤矿企业的正常运行和发展。本文对非物质激励措施进行了基本概述,并提出了非物质激励措施在煤矿企业中层管理人员中的具体运用方式。

This paper gives a basic overview of the non-material incentive measures and puts forward the concrete application of the non-material incentive measures among the middle managers in the coal mine enterprises.
