【Abstract】To a great extent, the idea of green consumption is the result of the changing of consumption attitudes.As a new value, green consumption cannot come into being on the basis of traditional values. Instead, the key to promoting green consumption is public guidance and instruction.

First: promoting green consumption instruction
Although law can restrain consumers mandatorily, this kind of restraint is not flexible; instead, it’s too rigid. Also, the cost of monitoring dispersive consumers is too high. Therefore, the consciousness of consumers should be improved fundamentally, which mainly relies on education.
(first) strengthen family education of green consumption
Good family environment, correct educational methods, parents’ role of model and one’s knowledge and skill of consumption are all beneficial to a child’s developing good habit of consumption and building healthy green consumption ideas. Traditional Chinese education are moral-oriented, family-centered, they believe in family affection and attaches great importance to family. As a result, one’s consumption behavior has a lot to do with his family consumption ideas. Parents’ precept and example has a great influence on their children’s consumption habits. So parents should set a good example to lead their child developing good consumption habits and healthy lifestyles.
(second) build green consumption education of school system
School consumer education include: children’s consumption education, primary education, secondary education, university of consumption education. On the one hand, according to the different stages of students’ psychological characteristics and consumption characteristics of different courses.On the other hand, according to our country between east and west, urban and rural differences in the levels of education, to adjust measures to local conditions of green consumption education.
Second:vigorously promote green consumption
On the size of the publicity of green consumption will affect people’s choice of green consumption. Through the guidance of extensive green consumption campaign, green consumption, to promote green consumption become consumers of daily life behavior consciously.
(First)Broaden the channels of the transmission of the news media
We should make full use of all kinds of medium, including television, newspapers, radio, network and so on. We also should keep the sense of green knowledge propaganda、popularization and raise the green consciousness. Also we should guide the public to change the traditional energy resources consciousness so that making up a sense of consumption.At the same time, we should make the green consumption concept deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. We not only to meet the developed regions and underdeveloped regions into account required, but also to send media to investigate the economic backward area and spread the sense of the green consumption concept instilled in them. (Second) Carry out the campaign on community green consumption
Community provides the most basic human survival environment, so in the community, it will promote the whole community practice of green consumption from the individual to the whole and the system of green consumption campaign., it plays an important positive role. The society belongs to the high situational society in our country,which leads to the herd of consumer behavior and imitation behavior. No matter which group do you belong to, when you make a large consumer decision, you should pay attention to the influence from public opinion or internal exemplary role to individual consumers.Because the effect of various tangible invisible make him unconsciously follow most of the consumption behavior of consumers.At first, we can choose some consumers as the first group of example to consume green products, then they will spread the green consumption and let people realize that these goods are of resource conservation and environment friendly, at last, we can advertise it through the demonstration of green consumption.
