目的研究河北省分离的鼠疫耶尔森菌的生物化学性状。方法采用液体汤管法和固体试管法测定17株河北省分离的鼠疫耶尔森菌对糖醇的酵解能力和生化反应。结果 17株鼠疫耶尔森菌表现为酵解甘油﹢、鼠李糖﹣、阿胶糖﹢;密二糖72 h内不酵解,7 d以后3株菌部分糖管呈迟缓发酵;16株鼠疫耶尔森菌72 h内对麦芽糖不酵解,72 h后1株呈迟缓发酵;17株鼠疫耶尔森菌全部脱氮阴性,V-P试验阴性,尿素实验阴性,甲基红试验阳性。结论 17株鼠疫耶尔森菌按中国鼠疫耶尔森菌生态型分型标准属于鄂尔多斯高原型,主要生化特征稳定。
Objective To study the biochemical characteristics of Yersinia pestis isolated in Hebei Province. Methods The ability of Yersinia pestis isolated from 17 strains of Yersinia pestis in Hebei province to determine the glycolysis ability and biochemical reaction were determined by liquid tube method and solid tube method. Results 17 strains of Yersinia pestis showed glycolysis +, rhamnose -, and gelatin +; did not digested in 72 h, and some of the 3 strains of bacteria were retarded after 7 d. 16 plague strains Yersinia bacterium does not decompose maltose within 72 h, and one strain is retarded after 72 h. Seventeen strains of Yersinia pestis are negative for denitrification, VP test is negative, urea test is negative and methyl red test is positive. Conclusion 17 strains of Yersinia pestis belong to Erdos Plateau according to the Chinese Yersinia pestis ecotype classification standard and the main biochemical characteristics are stable.
